Department of Transportation |

Certified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) are available to
assess holders of commercial driver’s licenses (CDL) who have
failed a drug test. The fee for this
evaluation is $400. The Department of Transportation Federal
Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy & Compliance set guidelines
for training requirements. Training for DOT supervisors and
drivers is available. |

| Driving Under the Influence (DUI) |
| Master's level clinicians are available to provide substance abuse assessments for those involved in court litigation. The fee for this evaluation is $225. |

Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUIL) |
| Master’s
level clinicians are available to provide substance use
assessments for first time offenders. The fee for this
evaluation is $225. |
| |
|
Secretary of State (SOS) |
Master’s
level clinicians are available to provide substance use
assessments for those having two or more drunk driving offenses
looking to have their driver’s license reinstated. The fee for
this evaluation is $225.
